Saigon Driving School is owned and operated by Saigon Driving School Ltd. This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Saigon Driving School (hereinafter referred to as “Saigon Driving School”).

Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. General Policy

✓ All individual lesson fees must be paid in advance before training begins.

✓ All pre-paid packages must be paid in advance at least 2 days before training begins.
✓ Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or form) to Saigon Driving School.
✓ Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

2. Single Lessons

✓ Cancellation with 24 hours’ notice or more: Eligible for a full refund, or the lesson may be rescheduled at no charge.
✓ Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: Lesson fee is non-refundable.

3. Packages (Except the All-Inclusive Package)

✓ Before starting any lessons: Full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
✓ After lessons have started: Refunds will be prorated based on the number of lessons completed (at , plus a 10% administrative fee.
✓ After more than 50% of lessons are completed: No refund will be issued.

4. ICBC Road Test & Training Car Use

✓ If the All-Inclusive Package is purchased, use of the school’s training car for the ICBC road test is included at no extra cost.
✓ If a student cancels their ICBC road test less than 72 hours before the scheduled time, any related fees or costs are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

✓ Refunds may be considered for exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, relocation) if valid documentation is provided.
✓ Saigon Driving School reserves the right to refuse or terminate lessons due to unsafe behavior, misconduct, or violation of school policies. In such cases, refunds may not be granted.
